This was my first experience with a newborn (besides my own), and my most successful shoot so far. I think part of that was the good-looking family I got to work with. Talk about a beautiful baby! Newborn may be one of my favorite stages to photograph.

Butcher family

Here are a few favorites from yet another great family I got to meet and take some photos of. Their little boy, Ethan, was so fun to hang out with. He had just gotten his first big boy haircut....and what a handsome boy he was!

Dylan

Cute little Dylan was such a joy to photograph the other day. And something kept reminding me of my little boy - maybe the hair. He was all about exploring the gardens, which made it fun for me to follow him around. He even wiped out at one point and scraped up a knee, but kept on going like nothing happened. What a trooper!

Hannah & Macey

This week I met two really cute twin girls. I’ve always been fascinated by twins, especially identical ones. Maybe that’s why I ended up marrying one! Ha ha. But I’ve always thought it would be so cool to be a twin growing up, and now I’d love to have some. Really only because of the two in one pregnancy "discount".

Anyway, Hannah and Macey were such fun to work with. It was challenging with two, but great experience for me. And I loved watching them interact with each other. They are such fun little girls.

Charlotte

I got to meet little Charlotte the other day when I took some pictures on her 1st birthday. She was absolutely hilarious, making all kinds of funny faces for me. I loved getting to photograph her with her cute personality. Have I mentioned how much I love my job?
